Any repair work and expenses incurred will be charged by DIC at a reduced hourly rate according to actual expenditure.
HWaaS accruals & provisions

Analysis and support work (charged at a reduced hourly rate according to actual expenditure)

Travel expenses (charged according to actual costs incurred)

Constancy and condition checks (charged at a reduced hourly rate according to actual expenditure)

Insurance exclusion (equipment loss or theft is not covered by the HWaaS model. The amount of damage to be paid is calculated and invoiced as follows: Flat-rate setup costs as per original offer + HWaaS monthly fee cumulated over 9 months for intraoral to 18 months for extraoral)

Fair use (image creation volume within the scope of proportionality - for intraoral up to max. 500 images per month, for extraoral max. 200 images)
